Then come and join our Technology Transformation organization as a Strategic Technology Transformation Business Analysts (Associate Director/ Senior Manager level) position focused in Regulatory Information Management area.

ROLE PURPOSE

•Act as a consultant and advisor providing guidance to improve business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.

•Engage with business leaders and leverage the appropriate TT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents processes and procedures, and advises on ways to be more efficient.

•Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.

•Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations

•Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility

•Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions

•Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)

•Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products

•Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and support super user training

•Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

•Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.

Minimum Requirements

IDEAL BACKGROUND
Additional education & qualification requirements

•6+ years of experience with a proven track record as a Business Analyst, including business process analysis & design, user requirements gathering and documentation, workshop facilitation techniques and change management.

•Experience in system development life cycle and system validation in highly regulated environment, ideally in Pharma (Generics) industry

•Expert understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture concepts

•Strong customer orientation, IT strategy & planning, business analysis, requirements definition & management, process re-engineering & continuous improvement, analyzing stakeholder requirements, design thinking

•Strong leadership skills to facilitate conversations and drive alignments on Business process transformation, harmonization and design with senior Business partners.

•Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment

•University degree in relevant field (i.e. in Computer or Life Sciences), proficiency in English.
