Job Description

Drive medical transformation, functional leadership & operational excellence

Act as PMO for leading the development & implementation of medical functional strategy, shaping innovative culture, and ensuring operational effectiveness across Medical TAs
Drive China MSL team transformation & customer centricity
Lead and oversee China Medical Affairs digital strategy and omni-channel engagement.
Maximize learning effectiveness for all Medical Affairs associates. Responsible for medical capability building including Integrated Evidence Plan, Integrated Product Strategy, digital competency, & product launch excellence etc
Lead Medical Information & County Medical team to provide timely, high quality medical and scientific information to HCPs; Support sales training as needed; Accountable for medical reviews of promotional/non-promotional materials.
Drive and implement an integrated global, regional and local medical governance strategy to ensure adequate oversight and monitoring of non-trial related activities
Drive clinical operational excellence & manage clinical trial planning, execution, & data collection. Ensure the compliance of GCP. Collaborate with GDD & NIBR to create synergies & advance external partnerships
Contribute to work across boundaries within the broader organization and cross medical TA to establish best fit ways of working/process/workflows

Collaborate with Global Excellence to ensure adoption and execution of global initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Education (minimum/desirable): Masters’ degree or above, medical background

Languages: Fluent oral and written English

Experience/Professional requirement:
• At least 10 years of working experiences in Medical Affairs
• Established medical leader in MNC Pharma industry
• Demonstrated strategic/innovative thinking, change agility, & strong influencing skills
• Experiences in leading business transformation
• Experiences in Medical excellence & clinical operations are preferred.
