Job Description

5! That's the number of manufacturing lines you'll be supporting as Process Engineer at Sandoz, Palafols. You’ll be the leading reference point for the Production department.

You’ll have cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, who you will be able to inform, guide and influence. In this differing and engaging role, you’ll participate in various projects which will expand your expertise and help you provide support to the Engineering and Production business areas.

*Sandoz Palafols is located around 80km outside of central Barcelona.



Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Lead technical investigations with RCI methodologies
• Participation in projects to improve the production unit
• Connection of the department with the maintenance
and engineering teams of the plant
• Supervision and coordination of services performed
by external companies
• Implementation of CAPAS and continuous improvement
actions detected


What you’ll bring to the role:

• Project management skills with a proven history of
successful management of projects
• A background in industrial engineering or chemistry
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing
environment
• A deep understanding of aseptic processes
• The ability to resolve incidents working in multidisciplinary
teams
• Analytical thinking skills with curiosity, pro activity and
interest in continuous improvement
• Collaboration and team-working skills

Minimum Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry

Languages:
Advanced level English, written and oral with confident communication and influencing skills

Spanish written and oral skills advantageous

Experiences:

• Project Management experience
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical
manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience specifically in an aseptic
manufacturing environment
• Experience influencing and imparting expertise with
differing stakeholders.


Desirable:

• Experience in multidisciplinary research and
methodologies (RCI)
• Proficient user of SAP, 1QEM and Microsoft Project



Due to the location of the plant, candidates will be required to have use of their own vehicle
