Join us today as the Technical Services Leader where you will be leading the Technical Services organization, which is responsible to establish, maintain and improve the processes for maintenance, technical service operation and environmental sustainability with respect to buildings, equipment, utilities, energy and waste management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality)
• Support internal, external audits and implementing technical standards and GOPs.
• Drive / improve technical availability, reliability and condition of assets
• Establish cost efficient repair and maintenance processes in compliance with local regulations, HSE, GMP
• Define and execute asset strategy and proper asset lifecycle management
• Define and implement maintenance strategy and program and budget, planning of resources for maintenance and calibration.
• Develop contractual strategy and framework to manage vendors / contractors and corresponding contracts in assigned region / site
• Drive / improve Technical Services (infrastructure, utilities), availability, reliability
• Manage environmental Sustainability Road map and govern Service Delivery from 3rd parties (operation and maintenance)
• Manage, coordinate and customize of centrally shared systems / databases to provide professional infrastructure for design, installation, qualification and lifecycle management of facilities and equipment

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Pharma Industry desired, ideally in Engineering or Operations type roles.
• Leadership and team management experience would be highly desirable.
