Join our team to maximize the commercial opportunity in the Oncology business. In this role you will lead the execution of regional central value creation launch and across-market tactics to build market share, sales and growth while creating exceptional value for the country organizations.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensure good understanding of the Oncology market, competition and trends
• Initiate any primary or secondary market research to support regional & country insights needs
• Plan and deliver blockbuster launch tactics and materials when launch brands in scope for responsibilities
• Partner with the Region Oncology Therapeutic Area cross-functional teams as well as all participating Country teams in bringing Central Value Creation to life
• Play a key role in the development of Regional Sandoz Way Strategic and Tactical Plans for in-scope brands
• Create and implement the Regional TA Digital & MCM strategy and projects for in-scope brands
• Ensure high quality planning with KPI measures in place for all activities
• Bring Digital Excellerator capabilities into Regional Tactical Planning

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Experience in the Oncology therapeutic area (2-3 years) – can include Hematology and / or Solid Tumors background
• Strong pharmaceutical marketing background (2-3) years industry experience overall) with at least 1 year of working experience in an above-country role
• Direct working experience in the Generics / Biosimilar arm of pharma would be a plus
• Experience in patient journey, customer segmentation, market research, strategic and tactical planning
• Commercial launch experience
