Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support our global development teams with your skills in data management in multiple processes using SAP and MS Sharepoint based data handling tools. (production orders, material numbers, etc...)
• Support the development project leaders during order and invoice of external services and find solutions for deviations in budget and costs
• Act as Single Point of Contact for external contractors and internal finance functions in case of invoicing problems
• Optimize existing processes in your field of expertise for the local and global Biologics development community, be our SAP super-user

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
• University degree (bachelor/master) in a technical/scientific, business, supply chain or pharmaceutical field or equivalent educational level with respective work experience
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in English and German
• Experience with Business Process Engineering, Data Management & Systems (ERP, e.g. SAP) and standard office software tools
• Communicative, resilient and digital/tech oriented
• Excellent comprehension skills for processes
• Ability to work and lead a team in a matrix environment

Desirable requirements:
• Preferably work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP or other regulated work environment (e.g. ISO)

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €49,804.58 per year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
