Job Description

Demand Coordination Specialist is part of CPO Channel Management Team and is responsible for organize order entry and related processes in collaboration with supply management, BFs and distribution and warehousing management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering, Business Administration
• Excellent command of both English and Turkish (spoken and written)
• Strong IT skills
• Good command of MS Office application
• Strong analytical skills with leadership presence
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Customer oriented mindset
• Good understanding of the Pharma industry, business and operations
• To know the systems/procedures related with pharma market and its dynamics
• Strong line- and cross-functional overview of the CPO business
• To understand and evaluate the financial impacts
• To be familiar with project management tools
• Support the projects for success and performance results
• Understands strategies and priorities within CPO to ensure alignment of selected projects

Major Accountabilities

 To responsible to make sure that the required quantities are always available on time without stock outs on patient level.
 To support innovative channel management projects to better utilise the potential impact of sales channels (wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies) in favour of Novartis.
 Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, patient centricity and customer service levels.
 Organize sales activities in collaboration with other departments (SCM / Divisions / BFs).
 SAP user role for Order Management including other BF’s.
 Perform order entry for returns and recall process.
 Management customer commutation (Answer the customer request and questions in line with the image and culture of the company) and responsible for follow-up for customer complaints.
 CDM (Customer Demand Management / Parallel Flow Control) tool management and monitoring.
 ITS (Trace and track ) system monetarization.
 Customer contracts & SOP & NFCM reports and follow up of e-invoice system.
 Have a quality focused mind set
 Reporting of adverse events that are proclaimed by physicians, pharmacists, patients and all other parties to Drug Safety & Epidemiology Department in time and in compliance to relevant Novartis SOP.
 Responsible from controlling SIT level.
 Field and customer visits to understand the implementation of strategies , market environment and customer satisfaction.
 Develop channel strategies and tactics to extend the life cycle of non-promoted brands.
 Develop innovative alternative communication & promotion channels to support conventional methods.
 Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key CPO stake holders. Support CPO in the development of the business and protection of the Company’s assets and reputation. Ensures partner compliance with partner contracts.
 To collaborate with colleagues in the performance of channel management tasks to meet local, re-gional and global objectives.
 Ensure efficient processes for compliance with law and Novartis policies (e.g. NP4, Corporate Citizenship Guideline #3 and Code of Conduct).
