$500 million! That’s the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally – including four in the US – and more than ten in the pipe-line. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. The Marketing Director is responsible for the development, adaptation and implementation of the US marketing strategy, tactical implementation and commercial success of the assigned portfolio of products in the Growth Hormone and PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) segments. He or she is accountable for the optimization of profitability market share, revenue and profitability growth while respecting allocated budgets and Sandoz values and behaviors.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the development and execution of commercial launch strategies, including pricing and customer offers along with sales team, to ensure prioritization and successful achievement of sales targets.
• Lead a Cross functional team with Governance meetings and optimal communication to address short and Long-Term opportunities while minimizing risks
• Establishes a close cooperation and alignment with other functions such as Market Analytics, Launch Management, supply chain team, Market Access and Sales in the execution of strategies and tactics. In the process, proactively look for franchise synergies between Business Units.
• Manage external partners with proper governance and aligned priorities.
• Collaborates with the local and global team on product prioritization, life cycle management, supply optimization and actively engage with several Field and Head Office stakeholders to maximize growth opportunities
• Proactively collaborate with the supply team and attend S&OP meetings to minimize supply disruption
• Prioritizes appropriate targeting, positioning, messaging and offerings across all customer segments; leverages customer insights and emerging needs to create innovative business opportunities; develops and leverages relation-ships with leadership of strategic customers to achieve business results.
• In collaboration with market access, sales and the Insight & analytics team, develop a comprehensive set of sales forecast scenarios and sensitivity analyses and implements demand plan for assigned products.

This position will be located at the Princeton- Sandoz site and will not have the ability to be located re-motely. This position will require 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Education: University degree in business or related field. Advanced degree in business preferred.

Experience:
• 7-10 years years relevant business experience with
• • 5 years in Marketing (preferred) and/or, consulting, project management, Specialty sales.
• Requires 7+ years of marketing experience in the Brand or Biosimilar Healthcare industry
• Product or LCM launch experience is desired
• Track record in growing Brands
• Sales or Customer experience is desired
• Understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy market is desired.
• Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization and Global environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong Business Acumen and growth mindset
