Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share in assigned territory through acquisition, growth and retention of customers along with ranging products within the territory and customer base in order to meet business targets to develop a profitable business with new and existing customers.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• To position Sandoz as the Best-in-Class sales force in the eyes of the customer.
• Responsible for acquisition, growth and retention of customers in allocated territory
• Responsible for developing and understanding customer needs through tailoring and delivering a business strategy to meet these needs within Sandoz’ value proposition
• Provide Best-In-Class service to customers
• Responsible for efficient territory management through administrative reports, resources and information available through CRM and use of Marketing products
• Achieves high knowledge level of Sandoz portfolio and value proposition (key element in establishing credibility in the eyes of the customer)
• Develops high level of communication skills (presentation, trade show, probing, objection handling, closing) highlighting company product and service capabilities in a planned strategy to develop profitable business
• Communicate regularly with direct line of management/mentors

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

We’re looking for a tenacious and self-driven individual who has a true passion for sales. Using your advanced communication and analytical skills, you will highlight product capabilities, manage objections, and close sales.

You will bring proven experience in a field-sales role, understanding how to target customers, plan calls, develop a productive visit cycle, and ultimately achieve sales success. You have the natural ability to build strong business relationships and display a high level of personal integrity. You are customer focused with the ability to adapt your sales technique to suit different personalities.

You will need to understand the Sandoz portfolio and value propositions quickly in order to build credibility, and will ideally bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or other relevant industry
• Demonstrated achievement in business-to-business or retail selling in a Pharmaceutical or similar industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage territories (targeting, profiling, productive frequency, call planning, business planning)
