70. That’s the number of projects in our pipeline preparing to launch in the next 3 years. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Launch Project Manager to join our business helping to ensure more medicines are reaching patients who need them in Australia and New Zealand.

The Launch Project Manager is part of the Strategic Growth Initiatives team whose mission is to be the growth engine for Sandoz AUNZ. This team includes Business Development & Licensing, Portfolio Management, Life-Cycle Management, Product Launch and Strategic Projects. This end-to-end project manager role will help us manage the increasing number of Product Launches and will help accelerate time-to-market by managing our internal processes effectively.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring timely product launches by working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
• Identifying and managing risks within the project, creating clarity and removing barriers for the project team
• Proactively proposing solutions with a problem-solving mindset to ensure timely completion of the Sandoz launch process
• Creating business cases and aligning on launch commercial assumptions in collaboration with business units
• Supports the Country Launch Manager in the creation of the business plan and the commercial processes related to new product launches.
• Ad hoc support to New Product Launches projects and other strategic projects on a needs only basis

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
• Demonstrated experience managing pre-launch activities, ideally within the generic pharmaceutical industry
• Proven commercial excellence and experienced business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to develop long-standing, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders locally and across the region
• Experience working successfully cross-functionally and transnationally in a highly matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think outside the square when creating and establishing innovative solutions
• Ability to influence without authority and use your negotiation skills to create a win-win strategy
• Strong analytical and excel skills with the desire to continue to build on those skills with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to successfully completing projects
