Aligning processes and system functionalities that optimize P&O operations around the world is our passion – and we are good at it. The purpose of this role to support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope. This role is limited for 12 months.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all P&O (HR) related queries and requests (support of the entire employee lifecycle processes); be first point of contact for our P&O People Partners, associates and managers
• Take ownership for queries, case opening and closing (end to end) – using HR ticketing tool
• Ensure all necessary entry/change/exit procedures of employee life cycle including handling and signing of legal documents; manage and archive documents in employee files ensuring record management in line with policies and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain HR data and actions effective on associate and/or position/organizational unit level in HR System - Personnel Administration (PA)
• Perform Payroll and Time & Attendance data changes on single associates, perform mass changes in HR system using predefined templates
• Deliver on-boarding training as well as training on HR systems and processes; contribute to both local and global P&O (HR) Services tasks and initiatives; actively support projects in in scope for P&O (HR) Services
• Act as Single Point of Contact or Subject Matter Expert for agreed P&O (HR) Services topics; maintain reference documentations (e.g. manuals, training materials or work instructions)
• Liaise with external organizations and local authorities (e.g. health insurance companies or social security administration) to ensure proper document flow handling

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent working experience
• 2+ years’ experience in P&O Services (or similar service providing organizations)
• Experience with SAP or WorkDay is an advantage
• Knowledge of Snow or other ticketing tool is an advantage
• Excellent English and Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
• Diploma/certificate in HR/other related field is preferred
• Experience with payroll processing is welcome
