Hyderabad FRA operation team manages global operations across multiple P2P functions. The team also drive global automations and standardizing. It is a center of excellence, driving operational excellence, process design, automation, Quality & compliance.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensure the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business & supervise the performance and development of a small team of FRA specialists.
Ensures the integrity, viability, and interoperability of financial reporting processes (Actuals, Budgets and Latest Estimates) and systems, including tax, inventory, corporate controls, and payment and purchasing data.
• Manage and operate the basic reporting processes for actuals and forecasts to agreed quality and fast close timeline. Provide financial accounting services and data in a timely and accurate manner, including fixed assets, cash activities and divestment activities; ensures appropriate information is provided to relevant individuals and external bodies.
• Manage audit reporting processes and support compliance for various tax related reports (i.e.: VAT, corporate tax, employee tax); provide necessary data to internal and external authorities. -Manage and automate the provision of routine information to local users from SAP and BW, and perform ‘super user’ responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules in SAP.
• Prepares ad-hoc and routine ‘accounting / management’ information and quality financial analysis in order to support global and organization’s requirements. -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable). Maintain US P2P Operation’s “Best in Class” status, green KPIs and top-level automations and hands-free processing through enhancements. Achieve operational excellence and a stellar reputation for the entire US P2P team. Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of metrics, work streams, and effectively communicate and lead in a matrixed organization. •50% US Operations Quality Assurance
• Review Outsourced WI’s, SOP’s, Steps Outs, and LSI to ensure completeness and repeatability. Ongoing review of outsourced backlog items and service levels. On-going compliance checks to strengthen quality and controls. Review outsourced operations for areas of risk mitigation and/or process improvement opportunities.
• Year-round P2P support of escalations/collaboration/ data cleanup and other ad-hoc requests. Liaise with the outsourced services provider (TCS) to ensure a successful collaboration and service delivery excellence. Key Regional Liaison with Global P2P HUB Operations (Hyderabad) regarding all service delivery needs. Drive the design and implementation of sustainable solutions that foster process excellence and continuous improvement
• 20% US Projects and Solutions. Projects to include but not be limited to: KPMG Audits, SDZ strategic review, Potential M&A’s, S4Hana, SEP, Ariba, Carbon, Tax support and other misc. small-medium scope projects. SEP Data cleansing; establishing support in holistic review of data cleansing and support of US nuances

• P2P US Quality Assurance will be accountable for P2P Outsourcing Team’s operational metrics
• Act as a liaison between the Outsourced Teams, NGSC MX, US Onshore and HUB and will look to improve processes
• Provide root cause analysis, reduce risk and provide solutions and ultimately ensure seamless E2E P2P delivery for our customers.
