As Healthcare Network Partner you will take the lead in developing strategic, future-focused partnerships within the healthcare ecosystems creating value for the healthcare system, patients and Novartis. You will partner with a wide range of external partners developing a deep understanding of their needs and then co-create and implement solutions that deliver to our Vision 2025. Not only will your impact be felt externally, you will be instrumental in working with your internal colleagues such as Head of Customer Solutions, Brand Teams, Pre launch teams by understanding areas of strategic focus , tension points in the patient journey, feedback partner insights and develop solutions. This role is looking after NSW and Vic and can live in either state.

Your Responsibilities:
Build Ecosystem Value Creation plans through;
• Developing a deep understanding of key patient journeys (2+3+4) within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Building detailed stakeholder maps demonstrating in-depth understanding of partners’ needs, the connection between partners and the influence each partner has on the patient journey.
• Lead the development of the relationship between Novartis and key partners, coordinating the full breadth of Novartis expertise and capability to identify and deliver on the Ecosystem Value Creation plans. This includes collaboration with medical to identify and deliver “Executive Encounters” with key partners.

• Implement Ecosystem Value Creation plans through co-creating solutions that achieve the goal of healthcare system strengthening and delivering value for patients and Novartis.
• Must be driven by solving for partners needs and addressing pain points in the patient journey (see above)
• Developed in conjunction with partners, the Head of Healthcare Solution and other relevant internal stakeholders
• Develop measurement plan to assess solutions and drive continuous improvement.
