The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to pharmacists and allied health care professionals for the region Genève – La Côte.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
• Develop business plans and implement related activities like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
• Support our Key Account networks and work in close collaboration with the different Key Account Managers of the team
• Have a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship
• Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures
• Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships & collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, knowledge of the pharmacy channel is a plus
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build trustful relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in French (written and spoken), good knowledge of English and/or German is an advantage
