This position will be located in Holzkirchen and can be filled with 80% to 100%.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Identify, operationalize and/or lead projects ensuring prioritization and resource allocation in line with the P&O (People & Organization) strategy while being an active custodian in effective change management practices for all projects
• Support the Global Head of P&O in preparing for key meetings, preparing agendas and content including presentations and business analysis to pro-actively maximize time and efficiency in a compliant manner
• Lead P&O risk assessments and undertake diagnostics, study conduct data analysis as needed, developing recommendations and driving identified actions
• Drive and organize agendas for meetings, align discussions to priorities, identify emerging topics of interest, raise topics most relevant to the teams and ensure strategic issues are discussed and actioned
• Prepare and distribute action items/minutes from each call and meeting and proactively monitor progress and ensure follow-up on agreed action items
• Work with the leadership teams to ensure they are working optimally – driving accountability, efficiency and productivity via meaningful, regular connections, common agendas and ongoing collaboration
• Proactively monitor SEC (Sandoz Executive Committee), P&O Leaderhip Team and other relevant committee meeting outcomes and ensure timely follow-up on Global P&O action items
• Collaborate with Corporate P&O Communications for the execution of the annual calendar for key P&O communications ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, for topics that cultivate an inclusive environment for function associates

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree in HR or Business
• Fluent English language skills are a must, German language skills are a plus
• Several years’ experience in either P&O, management consulting, commercial operations
• Background in consulting as an advising senior business leader on strategic topics
• Creative, innovative and conceptual thinking skills
• Proactive, collaborative and ready to roll up the sleeves
• Outstanding project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines
• Highly defined analytic and synthesis skills
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with colleagues at all levels, proactive communication style
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel (very strong PowerPoint skills and storyteller)
