Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring quality, compliance and regulatory aspects between company and third party manufacturers including relationship management, technical issues, schedule conflicts, quality issues, vendor selection and evaluation.
• Providing contractors with the proper information to ensure that contractors meet quality standards.
• Acting as liaison between company and contractors to ensure all products are manufactured following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and quality products are released and available to meet customer needs.
• Identifying potential new contractors and evaluating financial stability of new suppliers.
• Daily contact with wholesalers, order processing, invoicing accounting and management of discounts.
• Daily contact with the warehouse management and monitoring of receivables coordination and tracking of deliveries (according to a weekly schedule).
• Handling of complaints / returns (including quality assurance).

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Customer service or logistics.
• Proficient Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Education: BA degree.
• Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
• Great communication skills.
• Stakeholder management.

Desirable requirements:

• SAP knowledge.
• Pharma knowledge.
