Your responsibilities:
•The primary responsiblity is to support the Strategy team in projects and operational tasks. The position holder ensures full transparency of ongoing projects progress and budget overview.
•Team Support and project support job holder delivers support to the Strategy department by managing workstreams, providing project execution and planning support, following up on action items as well as assists the team in advanced operational tasks, e.g. project coordination, organization of key multi-stakeholder meetings.
•Prepare multi-stakeholder meetings independently, ensure transparent and timely communication in the team and with third parties, arrange facilities for speakers and participants, ensure deliverables are ready, in high quality and delivered timely to the right stakeholders.
•Support the Strategy Team as required (e.g. cover for Project Coordinator)
•Coordination of challengers for the Strategy team (scheduling of meetings , site access, hotel & transportation, onsite support if needed, communication with admin of challengers)
•Handle/synchronize all relevant administrative tasks for new/departing team members
•Point of contact for consultants working on projects for the team (provide team room, site access, IT and printing support)

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•Bachelor’s degree: Chemical, Industrial engineering, Finance or Economy.
•English Proficiency is required.
• 6 - 12 months of experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs or Finance area.
•Experience with Microsoft Power Point, intermediate Excel (including formulas, pivot tables), etc.
•Competences: Customer focus, Agile learning, Empowers work, courage, strategic mindset.
