As the National Sales Manager Oncology/Hospital, you are responsible for achieving agreed upon sales, productivity and performance goals for territory. Furthermore, you lead, mentor and develop the sales team as well as engage with top clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed sales targets (including market share expansion) in Oncology, Oncology Biosimilars and Hospital through effective sales team leadership, analysis and action plans
• Responsible for the efficient management of the sales team through personal development of individual employees with a focus on coaching and training on and off the job - put employees and team at the core of what we are doing
• Promote effective collaboration with the Marketing, Medical and Market Access teams as well as all other relevant departments within Sandoz and ensure the further development and incorporation of ideas from your team
• Achieve agreed targets in the areas of customer contact, coverage and frequency, via personal customer visits of top customers.
• Lead customer related activities within the entire customer base, taking into account financial targets
• Ensure excellent knowledge (team knowledge and own) of key Sandoz products, technical data, product strategies, positioning, key information and programs
• Implement sales and marketing campaigns in a professional manner while adhering to key (compliance) guidelines and regulations

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• 5+ years experience in Sales, the pharmaceutical industry as well as managing a team, ideally within Switzerland
• Experience with managing a launch
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken), French is a plus
