$500 million! That’s the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally – including four in the US – and more than ten in the pipe-line. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities include all aspects of project management processes from De-velopment to Filing Acceptance/Approvals (e.g. project initiation, planning, exe-cution, monitoring and controlling, and closing), including full understanding of project business cases and management of internal Sandoz Development Cen-ters

• Facilitates problem-solving & decision-making with respect to in house development project deliverables and meeting timelines
• Works with functional heads to resolves resource issues, escalating to higher management as needed
• Planning, initiating and managing internal development for in house development projects with a US focus Spearhead a Core-Team consisting of SDC teams, PD PjM, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Quality and other key supporting groups.
• Facilitates timelines/tasks/requests from project teams and other cross-functional departments. Follows up with team members to ensure timely deliverables (eg. major milestones, cost and scope).
• Focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers and meet goals.
• Manages project Budgets, Contract Milestones and Spend and provide updates on a monthly bases.
• Evaluates team members (with function heads); provides input for functional employee evaluations.
• Performs data-entry function on project timelines, project status report and management dashboard.

This position will be located at the Princeton site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 25% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Education: Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Preferably a Masters degree (in pharmacy, chemistry or biochemistry) with profound project management experience in pharmaceutical industry; M&A exposure desired. Project management trainings, project management and agile certification, e.g. PMP®, Scrum Master advantageous
 Experience in Product Development/R&D (10+ years) and in Project Management (5+ years)
 Experience in Complex Generics and 505(b)(2) / VAMs
 Functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
 Proven experience in managing and leading R&D projects and programs (covering planning, monitoring and reporting of costs, timelines, strategy and document/data quality, as well as leading cross-functional project teams)
 R&D understanding in the broader ecosystem of Generic Pharmaceutical Companies
 Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team member and executive stakeholders within matrix organization
• Strong Leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with Sr. Management, Ability to synthesize and communicate to senior management
 Advanced planning and tracking skills, ability to use proper tools in project and program management, and capable of managing multiple projects with respect to priorities
