Job Description

-Accomplish sales and market objectives for business unit within targeted accounts (Governmental, Institutional and private accounts).
-Promote Sandoz portfolio and services to customers by providing information and education that enables optimized patient outcomes
-Maintains a deep and current knowledge of industry, Therapy area, competitor and buyer dynamics and focuses effort on priority customer opportunities.
-Leverages advanced customer engagement skills to deliver high quality customer interactions and maximizing customer experience for the benefit of patients
-Strong customer relationship management.
-Ensure high competence in decision making processing and working independently.
-Managing key stakeholders within targeted Key accounts.
-Ensure problem solving capabilities to manage difficult customers.
-Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.

Minimum Requirements

-Medical background (Pharmacists/Physician/Veterinarian).
-Working experience for at least 2 years.
-Demonstrate strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record.
-Demonstrate strong business analytics and understanding that ensure good capabilities in business planning.
