The job purpose of the role is be a communications champion adding measurable value to the business by developing high quality, personalized and responsive digital communications collateral that can revolutionize how Novartis India engages with its associates.
Generate ideas in line with the Novartis brand experience and the Indian communications strategy, and drive the execution of the strategy to bring these ideas to life.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs and develop digital content as per business strategy requirements to make communication cam-paigns successful
•Generate ideas and designs in line with Novartis brand requirements and create tools to measure and evaluate communications effectiveness
•Combine innovative communications strategy and digital technology including new interactive communication capabilities and channels as well as gamification techniques to revolutionize how Novartis India communication team engages with its associates
•Build a strong connect with internal stakeholders to execute and support communication requirements
•Create beautifully designed visual templates to reinforce and enhance the brand value across any device and bring messages/communications to life and design web page graphics, logos, illustrations, brochures and other forms of visual communication in line with Novartis policies and standards
•Assist the communications leaders and stakeholders to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements according to the objectives of the project
•Be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes.
•She/he should be able to capture studio-quality photographs and videos and have the expertise to perform all technical aspects of video recording and editing.

What you’ll bring to the role:
•Should have minimum of 7-12 years’ experience with Bachelors/Master in Mass Communication with specialization in digital communications and design
•Creative, innovative and adept at concept development, and taking ideas into action
•Strong project management and organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
•Inclusive in approach, sharing expertise and offering support across all teams
•Basic hands-on experience on HTML, SharePoint, Web UI/UX
•Results driven, continually working to improve personal and collective performance
•Ability to use digital platforms to implement campaigns and appraise and test new ideas and proposals for viability and impact
