In this business critical role, you and your team will work closely with Business Units leaders and key marketing and sales teams to help leverage the full potential of what digital innovation can bring to our HCPs and patients. You are key to create an incredible impact across 500+ sales and marketing associates who work on over 4.000 products with 367 active ingredients across a broad range of therapeutic indications.

The Digital Channel & Portals lead is responsible for the end-to-end enablement and acceleration of key customer engagement channels: She/he is responsible for business continuity and innovating digital channels and functions, best-in-class project implementation and most efficient channel adoption. Also, she/he is responsible for delivery of new global web platforms implementations in Sandoz Germany and Operations over existing portals. All those in close collaboration with Sandoz Regional and Global Digital team, and Communications.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Development, integration and leadership of the Digital Channels & Portals team
• Develop Local project plans in line with global product development roadmaps, continuously manage and coordinate teams to deliver on time/ within scope and successfully transition site to the maintenance mode, ensure Risk management
• Ensure creation of Long-term strategy for websites, portals and other channels to reflect current but as well future business needs
• Act as a change agent and drive change management measures across involved functions and business segments in cooperation with Communications
• Being the SPOC for the German organization and the SEC
• Drive innovation in digital commercial solutions/channels, complying within given global governance for solutions/tools to underpin our commercial aspirations
• Identify and share best practices within Sandoz Germany (particularly between BUs) and with Regional/Global community
• Set efficient standards for solutions and processes, ensure documentation

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Working experience in project management which includes coordination of business teams and external agencies
• Experience with team management
• Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment and strategic project management leadership
• Understanding of the German healthcare system and business requirements
• Change management
• Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
• Effectively flexible in approach, and responds well to pressure
