+20 is the number of suppliers with production sites in and outside Europe with which the SRT 1 (supplier relationship team) cooperates. Join our team and ensure a smooth process among all stakeholders involved.

Your key responsibilities:
• At meetings with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (GMOs), discussing the NOSCCE standards and KPIs to ensure feedback information on performance and analysis of root causes, and to implement improvements.
• Responsibility for tasks related to the execution of orders for products manufactured by external suppliers in scope.
• Responsibility for timely execution of orders, including the organization and management of the physical dispatch of goods in collaboration with forwarding agencies.
• Checking invoices for transport services.
• Reconciliation of Novartis Pharma inventories at the supplier by means of systemic record-keeping.
• Supply-related communication with all stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in logistics or natural & technical sciences or economic & natural sciences.
• 2 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP program.
