Job Description

The Supply Chain Projects Senior Specialist is responsible for implementing projects in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance to global/local SOPs. Also responsible for risk assessment, qualification and validation activities in supply chain/logistics.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Defines and governs the local project for SC for the RLT sites and ensures it’s done according to the agreed timelines.
• Responsible for implementation projects relating to lifecycle projects on site.
• Manage international supply chain projects.
• Verifies, corrects, and completes requests for projects complying with processes, GMP, DGR and IATA requirements.
• Responsible for quality events, risk assessments and investigations on incidents related to Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Responsible for qualifications and validations related to Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Supply Chain subject matter expert (SME) for audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record Management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area
of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Education: High school graduation or bachelor’s degree.
Languages: fluency in English. French or Spanish optional but appreciated.
Experience / Professional requirements:
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
• Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly.
• Exploitation of new technology and techniques to eliminate non-value adding activities and improve productivity / performance through new processes.
• Shows the appropriate sense of urgency around given tasks.
