The Community Account Manager role will be covering South West London, Surrey and Sussex.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Drive territory performance to meet sales goals for assigned primary care organisations in the region.
•Develop and maintain effective professional business relationships with HCPs utilising an omnichannel approach
•Create and implement account plans with GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice-based Pharmacists and Business Managers
•Differentiate Novartis as a leader in cardiovascular treatment, including heart failure
•Maintain high levels of collaboration within an internal cross-functional teams

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•Pharmaceutical sales experience in Primary care ideally Cardiology.
•Extensive knowledge of the NHS in the region – structure, strategy ,funding and patient pathways
•ABPI qualified
•Proven strategic account management skills
•Commercial and business acumen
•Strong analytical skills
•Strong selling ability

Desirable requirements:
•Experience of working in primary care.
•Therapeutic area experience in cardiology and/or heart failure
