As an Engineer Multidiscipline II within Asset Lifecycle and C&Q you will be responsible for the maintenance and availability of manufacturing equipment, introduction of technical and manufacturing improvements, and participation in capital expenditure projects and other projects in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
• Responsible for communication with suppliers to generate financial savings on maintenance and investment orders.
• In cooperation with the engineering field obtains bids from alternative suppliers in accordance with the technical requirements for contracts.
• Support for cost-effectiveness maintenance and finding cost optimization opportunities.
• Connects and coordinates the purchasing and engineering field in day-to-day activities and participates in the implementation of global initiatives.
• Monitors and supervises the efficiency of purchasing functions for the engineering field and proposes and introduces the necessary changes.
• Implementation and preparation of KPIs and reports.
• Support for the exchange of information on prices and good practices from foreign Novartis sites.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and engineering field in the regulation of MROM data.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in technical sciences.
• Fluent in English and Slovenian.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
