Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring the tickets are closed within defined SLA
• Ensuring the On-Hold cases are only genuine ones which are awaiting customer/IT response and the IT reference number updated at all times
• Developing good understanding of the upcoming/deployed release or new system features
• Contributing in release/new features' testing, if required
• Attending post release internal orientation sessions for the team
• Ensuring the project requirements are understood and the deliverable is managed within the specified timelines
• Ensuring the incidents are properly raised with first level analysis done with proper discussions with respective team leads wherever required and resolved within agreed timelines/SLAs
• Ensuring timely completions for the mandatory trainings and adherence to compliance policy.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, pedagogy
•Languages: English advanced
•Years of experience : 1 - 2 years as LMS administrator
•Knowledge of LMS platforms and GXP guidelines.
•Nice to have: Knowledge of Quality Standards process.
