Job Description

The Patient Support Program Lead is a critical and trusted leadership role as the Global Head of One Patient Support Program. This person is responsible for the coordination of Novartis One Patient Support Program (PSP) operations to meet business demands and ensure strategic connections with all the stakeholders. The CoE Lead drives the large-scale implementation and operations of ONE PSP, controls the life cycle of One PSP, and defines the strategy at a global level.
This person is responsible for keeping the leadership engaged and building awareness and excitement about the platform across the organization.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintain ultimate ownership of One PSP and act as the ultimate decision maker
• Ensure coordination with the rest of the organization through platform, data insights, experience management and enablement functions
• Affect meaningful behavioral and cultural change around new approach to PSPs
• Keep leadership engaged and build awareness and excitement among local markets / regions and other stakeholders (brands, POP, PE, etc.)
• Define next mid/long term strategy at a global level and define strategic priorities throughout the lifecycle of the product
• Remove any roadblocks working with markets support functions and teams
• Drive innovation into the organization, challenge the status quo and foster new disruptive ideas and best practices sharing across teams and geographies

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant degree, postgraduate preferred in the relevant Business, Engineering or related subject; Proficient in English
• Minimum 8+ years business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams
• Validated experience managing strategic innovation across enterprise programs
• Effective leadership skills, including change management on projects/ programs, together with presentation communication skills
• A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders, together with experience working in Agile preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested
• Proven problem-solving skills to face challenging or difficult situations
