Senior Global TCM Data, Performance & Project Specialist, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

20+ Billion Cash Disbursements, 600k + payments through more than 400 Bank Accounts and countless lives impacted positively with our project contributions to fulfill our noble purpose of reimagining medicine.
The role assists with monitoring, tracking and coordinating all the initiatives raised across the globe in the TCM community ensuring consistent reporting, seizing synergies, global harmonization and guaranteeing synchronized implementation. In addition, this role should deploy a positive and consistent mindset striving for innovation, simplification, control and standardization of TCM processes.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive initiatives to ensure accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of the Global TCM Data.
• Review, control and administrate data, roles and access of TCM related systems: TMS, ERP, E-Banking (Bank Account life cycle, Approval Workflows, Audit logs, Approvals requests, Access Reviews, User Access updates, Roles assignment, business roles, etc.)
• Continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of bank account activity and banks performance: Dormant, low volume accounts, Cross currency payments, Bank Fees/Charges, Forex (Price & margin), Interest)
• Establish and manage a safeguard process to ensure related key documentation, information and contacts can be accessible in a business continuity scenario covering for the related TCM activities and to support Corporate Treasury teams where required
• Support periodic review of TCM finance core SOP (Cash management and Payments) with FC&C team and closing of step-outs and LSIs.
• Support continuous improvement of services in quality and effectiveness in close collaboration with line manager, peers and NGSC process streams.
• Serve as a facilitator to any new TCM initiative: providing guidance, connecting the TCM community, reporting and tracking progress. Ensure smooth project management and support systems implementation.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or IT related fields
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, excellent communication skills
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with good functional exposure to Data Management / Treasury and Cash Management (Banking and Accounts Payables processes experience is a plus)
• Conceptual thinking and ability to align specific functional requirements with the overall Treasury & Cash Management strategy
• Previous experience working in projects to drive performance improvements

Desirable requirements:
• Previous experience within financial shared service centers desirable
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and team player
