Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage H2R service delivery through a team of H2R support specialists/Experts and Senior Experts towards target market/process
• Plan and allocate resources to meet business requirements and Assess and drive an SLA oriented performance culture
• Subject matter expert on H2R management and Master Data Maintenance and SPOC for the identified business groups and active ambassador of the H2R Services Hub to key collaborators
• Responsible for hiring and building an impactful support team and Lead Service Delivery and regularly assess and measure the performance of the team against the agreed important metrics
• Collaborate closely up with multiple team members to ensure smooth service integration and delivery with a sense of urgency and Collaborate with the Transition team to ensure proper scale-up of resources and support ramp-up
• Provide subject matter expertise and direction to team members to ensure proper and timely completion of work and Provide the team with timely, constructive, and concrete feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness
• Ensure Team SLA compliance as per business agreement Customer satisfaction, Robust case quality management and deviation management.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role :

• Participate in new services planning, system enhancement and process refresh activities to ensure business interest.
• Lead business continuity and Drive as a Process Owner, continuous improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Drive structured Knowledge management initiatives, Lead critical issue management and resolution procedures,
• Hands-on HCM Exposure and to Transition Management and Strong stakeholder management and service Delivery with excellent presentation and communication Skills
• Work experience in virtual and matrix organization preferred and Exposure to Quality management programs like Six Sigma/Lead would be preferred

Desirable requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with Excellent verbal and written English & German language skills with Minimum 10+ years of people management experience in Shared Service Centre environment
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in German language (Level B2 or above) and handling large scale teams and build-up from scratch
