The Senior Omnichannel Engagement Manager is responsible for devising and implementing the change from conventional share of voice driven sales and marketing activities to omnichannel customer engagement activities via strategy, technology, content and change management.

They work closely with the Head of Digital Germany and the European Regional Digital team to innovate and drive the evolution and adoption of push marketing channels, strategies and use cases in order to:
- Be an operational expert and key advisor to the Head Digital to execute the defined Germany Strategy
- Increase Sales efficiency: Maximize customer coverage and frequency of relevant customer touchpoints
- Increase Sales effectiveness: Maximize impact in terms of quality of omnichannel touchpoints

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Establish high quality Omnichannel capabilities:
Websites/ HCP Portals
Rep- triggered e-mail
Remote detailing
Campaign e-mails (working with CRM Ops on mailing campaigns)
E-detailing / CLM
• Input/ advise and drive seamless collaboration and alignment of CRM functionalities (SCOUT/VEEVA) and technical infrastructure with Germany & Regional CRM Manager (SCOUT/ VEEVA) and ensure technical availability and functionality requirement fit
• Omnichannel S&T, call-plan, Incentive integration, performance management in close collaboration with Sales Excellence function and Performance Insights Manager in the Digital team
• Coordinate regional and cross BU collaboration at local level
• Establish the “why” for the Training and education around omnichannel capabilities in collaboration with T&D team (Digital Capabilities)

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing, IT, technical or science sector
• Post graduate qualification in digital marketing preferred
• Functional expertise of Digital & Multichannel business
• Relevant market know how of the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG is advantage
• Very good command of omnichannel technology utilization
