That’s the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally – including four in the US – and more than ten in the pipe-line. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. This person will provide coordination support to the Brand Lead and Vice-President with finance functions, meeting or events and marketing operations for both Biosimilars & Specialty. This role will involve budget tracking and maintenance, preparation for purchase order process, task orders, accruals, invoices and spend forecasting. The coordinator will work independently to facilitate projects with vendor partners and coordinate with internal functions and the marketing team to ensure project delivery meets budget and schedules. They will lead coordination of some internal and external marketing events and help facilitate national convention activities for the brand team. They will handle information requests, gather materials for reports and seek to create and streamline processes to aid operational marketing functions. The ideal candidate must deeply understand Sandoz systems, be able to work independently with minimum supervision and thrive under pressure. They must exhibit proactive, resourceful, and efficient qualities with a high level of professionalism.

Major Accountabilities
• Support the FUSE and PRC processes to track marketing activities and spend. Budget management and Finance tracking of spend against forecast, pace of spend against PO levels, invoice tracking and budget management
• Review/process track all invoices/spending against approved tactics ensuring all programs (Marketing, NPP, Patient Co-pay, Speaker Programs, Training, etc.) stay within approved budgets and alert appropriate people of any outstanding issues on a weekly basis
• Provide weekly and monthly spend LO to Finance
• Update and maintain the Tactical Budget grid on a weekly basis for all products. Updates will include all monthly actuals and Tactic changes or revisions
• Lead and collect all the work to complete a PO (contract, contract approval forms, MSA...) in order for the PO to be initiated in compliance with Sandoz procurement policies.
• Provide on-time delivery of the Monthly Marketing accruals to Finance.
• Support Team and Staff meetings with meeting agenda and sharing minutes via the Team site
• Project management to track work for marketing projects, tactics and budgets

This position will be located at Princeton site and will not have the ability to be located re-motely. This position will require 20% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).

Minimum Requirements

Education :BA degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting marketing teams or recent college degree with some marketing coordination experience
• High-level competency with using the Microsoft Suite Office particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be diplomatic and use tact.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
