Job Description

500 million+, this is the number of patients treated with a Sandoz medicine globally. A division of Novartis, Sandoz is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines. We are now looking for a Partnerships & Value Solutions Executive who will contribute to business results for Biosimilar & Specialty medicines by supporting the management, monitoring and optimization of partnerships with third party patient service providers including homecare companies.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Contributing to patient journey mapping and treatment pathways across key therapeutic areas and identify challenges / opportunities and work with Partnerships and Value Solutions Manager to scope innovations.
• Supporting Partnerships and Value Solutions Manager with the delivery of existing Sandoz patient support programs and ensure they are delivering for patients and are being conducted in accordance with Novartis protocols and governing ABPI Code.
• Support Partnerships and Value Solutions Manager to manage contracts, antibribery and due diligence assessments as and when required according to local policy & owning all relevant SOPs, metrics and tracking to ensure the best customer service delivery.
• Combine insights from 3rd party service providers to contribute to demand planning & forecasting and input into budget and target to ensure continuity of supply of Bio & Specialty medicines.
• Collaborating across Sandoz and Novartis Pharma stakeholders, and promote where appropriate Omnichannel engagement, to maximize relationships with the NHS and relevant third parties.
• Developing patient support materials for Bio & Specialty medicines in line with ABPI, MHRA, Competition Law and company values and behaviours
• Contribute to internal and external audit and inspection readiness.
• Ensure delivery of service levels by third party patient providers that meet customer expectations and position Sandoz as leading partner of choice for our customers and patients.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Educated to degree level in Business, Science, Finance or equivalent
• Experience in successfully managing and working with senior internal/external stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with customer and patient focus
• Ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
• Strong Excel, Word, TEAMs and Power-point skills

Desirable requirements:

• Experience of audit and inspection preparedness
• Knowledge and experience of dealing with the NHS, CCGs and procurement
