Senior Brand Manager will become a member of a Marketing Team responsible for managing entrusted Sandoz Brands in Poland (in both areas: OTC & RX). We are searching for a passionate marketing professional to develop customer-centric brand proposition and drive innovation agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Deliver agreed business goals and drive sustainable market share development as well as develop marketing strategy (brand plans) for entrusted brands, sublines or products (from both areas: OTC & RX)
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize market opportunities, translate them into innovation agenda (e.g. new product launches, expansion in new segments, etc.) and follow with excellent in-market implementation
• Analyze Customer and Market data to develop comprehensive and quality business recommendations
• Recommend, plan, align and execute marketing and commercial activities (e.g. Direct-To-Consumer communication, promotion to Health Care Professionals, etc.) required to achieve agreed targets
• Actively involve Medical Department and external agencies to co-create marketing messaging and deliver promotional plan
• Collaborate closely with Field Force and Commercial Team to flawlessly deploy, align and implement marketing plans as well as Lead monthly sales forecasting in cooperation with Business Intelligence & Supply Chain, as well as ensure the highest Ethical & Compliance standards in your daily basis work
• Manage dedicated budget and optimize ROI effectiveness of marketing spending
• Constantly develop your soft, business and marketing skills. Leverage your medical knowledge on entrusted therapeutical areas.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• University degree (preferably in economics or marketing)
• Fluency in both Polish & English + MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a commercially aware environment (with at least 1 year-experience in a Senior Brand Manager role)
• Proven and creative marketer with strong strategic flair, experienced in identifying market opportunities and delivering targets across complex portfolio
• Capable of implementing best-class marketing tools (across 4P) to step-change return on investment - proven Digital savvy is required, as well as fluent in project management (you are reliable and credible planner delivering projects on time, capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks)
• Exceptional analytical skills (you think and act decisively - you can easily combine, prioritize and analyze data from multiple sources and translate it into well-structured & actionable recommendations)
• Strong leadership skills (you are self-starter, independent, self-motivated and disciplined leader, with ability to influence others and make things/projects happen)
• Collaboration and communication skills (you are confident, professional and persuasive team player, with ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions) as well as You demonstrate and follows the highest ethical and compliance standards
