Job Description

Order management
- Responsible to manage all the firm order from customers. Once a firm order comes from a customer the person need to align with DP/ESO/SSY/CMO about the deliverable date and then reply to the customer within the relevant days (depends on the contract).
- Responsible to negotiate supply price to customer once NHI price cut occurred. Tracking and Implementation
- Support to keep on time delivery to customer collaboration with DP/ESO/SSY.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Customer’s inventory simulation
- Change management – Nikkyoku, Product name change, RA related change
Process & Stakeholder Management
- To collect information from DP/ESO team and communicate to customer if there is any issue in timely manner. Negotiate with customer if delivery seems delay or any trouble.
- Communicate with pricing team to align with floor price for price negotiation.
- Launch preparation. To create B2B operational process. Others
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Set and track sales targets
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about process improvement / cost reduction
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Liaise with BU and BDL to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

Minimum Requirements

•Basic knowledge and experience of contract(B to B)
•Basic understanding strategy of National Health Insurance price and Japanese whole seller business.

•Hands on experience with ERP and MS Excel
•In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
•Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
•Determines requirements by working with customers.
•Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
•Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
