Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Provide support to the Head of Communications & External Engagement in both organizational and operative tasks
• This role is divided into communication activities and administrative tasks

Communication Tasks:
• This role is divided into communication activities and administrative tasks
• Management and creation of internal communications content
• Supports internal employee campaigns
• Project lead in internal communications campaigns
• Coordinates and distributes communication within the German organization
• Develops and creates press materials and press releases
• Coordinates press inquiries
• Supports internal events (Coffee Chats, Townhalls, Christmas party, etc.)
• Liaises with agencies

Administrative Tasks:
• Owns, maintains, and improves internal communications channels (Intranet, Outlook inboxes)
• Screens generic Outlook inboxes (Holzkirchen, Hexal, Press, etc.)
• Maintenance of distribution lists
• General communication office management
• Cost center management
• Supports the organization of internal events in alignment with the event team

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 5+ years in a similar role or 7+ years in an administrative role
• Communications Diploma/Degree is an advantage
• Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Affinity for digital communication trends
• Motivation, agility, and creativity
• Accuracy and reliability
• High ability to work under pressure and quick perception
