Job Description

EUR 2.3 billion! This is how much Novartis has invested in Slovenia in the development and modernisation and expansion of production capacities.

Your key responsibilities:
• Responsibility for ensuring optimum customer supply.
• Responsibility for tracking and implementing the purchasing/sales process.
• Responsibility for transport organization.
• Responsibility for notifying customers about shipments.
• Participation in the complaint management process.
• Responsibility for the preparation of purchasing/supply and/or import/expert documentation.
• Responsibility for monitoring inventories of finished dosage forms.
• Responsibility for the management of the record-keeping system (INTRASTAT, DDV, EUL…) and for reviewing the invoices received, and forwarding them for final approval.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in logistics or natural & technical sciences or economic & natural sciences.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
