Your responsibilities:

The objective of the Reporting Analyst is to
• Build-up analytical platforms for countries / clusters so as to utilize Commercial data to drive informative insights
• Ensure countries can gain key insights from the data and that relevant users have access to adjust if necessary
• Support with ongoing maintenance of the dashboards and form as a single point of contact for analytic needs
• Create analytical dashboards and training materials for users so that they know how to use the dashboards
• Ensure best-in-class reporting with highest data quality possible and suggest improvements on data collection
• Support with projects requiring insights into commercial data e.g. Data warehouse and Scout (CRM & MCE tool) integration project

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree preferred
• Pharma or FMCG experience nice to have
• English: fluent is a must, additional European language a plus
• Dashboard experience, i.e. shaping requirements (experience in creating dashboards preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-country
• Ability to effectively articulate technical insights with different stakeholder groups within business
• Knowledge of commercial business and CRM systems
• Knowledge of data modelling and data management
• Strong technical and functional skills on reporting systems
• Preferable: Working knowledge of QlikSense reporting tool
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Some ad hoc travel may be required
• At least 3 years’ experience working with commercial data and analytics preferred
