The aim of the Key Account Manager position is to achieve sales and activity within defined key accounts, by maintaining current, and generating new business leads to build a positive environment for current and future Sandoz brands.

This role sits within Biosimilars and Specialty team, responsible for the cross portfolio of biosimilars and will cover a territory across Scotland.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Engage with customer as Sandoz single point of contact (SPOC) and actively identify their needs to deliver value to the customer across all Bio & Specialty therapy areas
•Build strong network within key accounts stakeholders such as local payers, physicians, and pharmacists to drive local formulary access and uptake of prescribing
•Explore, develop, implement and evaluate patient-centric solutions that address customer needs. Co-create with key stakeholders at Key Accounts to build partnerships and collaborations that benefit Sandoz, customers and patients.
•Understand Sandoz Way Patient Journey & Source of Business models for application into customer tactical planning, including Digital Accelerator activities
•Manage holistic approach towards customers (Channel Orchestration) and further development and operational support of various Digital Accelerator capabilities so they can be applied across various customer and disease area stakeholders / key accounts (e.g. HCP Portal, SCOUT)
•Apply and adopt national tactics to the key accounts in charge
•Review individual customer performance and check alignment with annual strategic national plan
•Communicate information of key account with FLM (+ National Sales Manager in large LOCs), Marketing, Market Access and Medical directly. Leveraging all Sandoz resources as part of the account team
•Develop unique ways to grow Sandoz portfolio of products and services
•Understand local plans, priorities, and policies within the account to Search for uncovered in market opportunities and mitigate potential threats

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•2 years experience in key account management in the hospital setting
•5 years relevant experience within Sales
•Experience in scope, Biosimilar / Gx Launch Skills & Expertise
•Track record in multichannel / Omni channel content adaptation, localisation and delivery
•Strong project management skills, ability to work in multiple therapeutic areas and manage multiple brands , external focus, strong communication and customer engagement skills
•Working with cross-functional teams; savviness to partner with Region and balance local / regional needs

Desirable requirements:
•Direct working experience in the Generics / Biosimilar arm of pharma would be a plus (2 years minimum)
