Job Description

The Product Owner is a critical and trusted role to drive the design, development and support of One Patient Support Program (PSP) platform. The Product Owner possesses technical skills and business acumen to ensure reliable solutions are delivered to the markets by using in-depth knowledge of platform architecture coupled with a deep understanding of customer needs. This individual works directly with key stakeholders in delivering business critical functionality, identifying process improvements, architecture changes, and quality assurance best practices, and acts as a true IT counterpart on platform decisions.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Communicate the needs of users and the business, as determined by Global Head of PSP into critical decisions about platform feature sets (backlogs)
• Coordinate with local and regional teams to guide local deployment as needed
• Oversee sprint demand management and capacity planning
• Effectively plan product roadmap, manage sprint scope, timelines, and keep the lights on activities for PSP functions
• Evaluate business challenges and effectively design, estimate, propose, recommend, and deliver solutions in the platform ecosystem
• Work directly with end users capturing and documenting user requirements, designing appropriate platform solutions
• Build, test and deploy product enhancements, and bug fixes
• Act as the ultimate decision maker of ONE PSP architecture and ensure platform optimization
• Collaborate closely with Data & Analytics team on a variety of inbound/outbound integrations
• Ensure end-user support and training across markets and functions

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant degree, postgraduate and working qualifications preferred in the relevant subject ; Proficient in English
• 10+ years of experience in building and supporting CRM systems, Business Intelligence applications and/or Case Management systems;
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare with broad understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, reimbursement, and patient services and prior experience working with Patient Support Programs is preferred, including experience implementing, customizing and configuring Salesforce.com
• Validated experience transcribing business requirements, scoping, planning and delivering projects and technical documentation
• Effective leadership skills, including experience in managing teams with internal and external resources
• A track record in leading and delivering complex large-scale programs, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders. Shown expertise with Agile development methodologies
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to implement
