Job Description

•Develop strategic loyalty programs with the key accounts.to reach commercial goals.
•Responsible for the activation, promotion, and innovation grid with the key accounts.
•Responsible for the instore excellence through Perfect stores, POSMs distribution, execution, and visibility KPIs.
•Monitor merchandising activity in the key accounts.
•Monitor BTL and on ground activations supporting different brands
•Connect with the market to grasp latest shopper & customer insights by pharmacy channel
•Run customer specific category management projects
•Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights
•Responsible for the annual account Joint Business Planning process through data analysis and opportunity identification
•Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
•Acquire understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
•Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs & objectives.
•Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors
•Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans
•Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and
•Provide accurate and timely data
•Responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for own part of the organization.
•Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs

Minimum Requirements

•Medical Background
•Working experience with at least 3-5 years in Trade Marketing / Sales / Marketing.
•Demonstrating strong or exceptional impact for the last two years
•Demonstrate strong selling competencies and proven sales achievement track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
•FMCG/ OTC industry background
•All Governorates
