Project Engineer (f/m/d), Novartis Technical Operations, Site Development Kundl, Austria

250mUSD Investment volume per year for sites in responsibility. ¾ are in the responsibility of the central Project Management organization of which this role will be part of.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Be part of low to large scale projects and carry out engineering activities for your field of expertise
• Manage low to mid scale projects with average complexity and a multitude of involved work centers on site Kundl/Schaftenau
• Manage and execute projects in alignment with key local and global stakeholders and ensure low to mid scale projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval and implementation
• Execute projects with according life cycle costs and project schedules.
• Ensure state of the art technical solutions according compliance standards and HSE regulations

Minimum Requirements

Desirable requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering; Master of Engineering in plant engineering and construction, at least 3-5 years of project engineering experience or equivalent.
• Technical college degree in plant engineering, building technology, at least 3-5 years of project engineering experience or equivalent.
• Full proficiency in English and German

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 63.388/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.

We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
