Join a team of globally collaborative colleagues at the ‘Global Clinical Supply (GCS)’ function to support clinical trials from Phase 1 to approval and be a key interface between Technical Research & Development (TRD) teams and the Clinical teams!

The Systems Support & Integration Manager / SSIM supports the ongoing maintenance of the Information and Data Quality Management Framework, to ensure appropriate behavior in the creation, modification, and deletion of data as well as of measuring, documenting, and maintaining consecutive data quality. He/she will contribute to establish proper Data Quality Governance of the TRD Genius Resource Cockpit application and other related IT solutions, being integrated within other functions of the TRD organization. This role is accountable for enforcement and maintenance of the agreed information & data quality processes once established.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Acts as a single point of contact for TRD Genius Resource Cockpit application for information management and data governance
• Supports activities within TRD organization related to standardization of master and transactional data while applying appropriate data management and verification processes with the support of IT solutions like IDQ, in close alignment with other GDD & TRD MDM teams
• Establishes Data Stewardship processes when identifying and measuring potential data deviations among source and target system(s) [SAP, HORIZON, Workbench, NERVE] as well as leading the implementation of best practices for mid- & long-term resolutions while aiming for data consistency controls
• Assists relationship with IT and Business teams responsible for delivery of transparent Information & Data management.
• Close collaboration with other GDD / TRD SSIMs
• Plays a strategic role in the implementation of priority projects related to centralizing the exchange of data between TRD functions and systems and integrating data governance at TRD and GDD level
• Maintains documentation and acts as an expert on information and data definitions, flows, legacy data structures, access rights models, etc. for assigned domain
• Motivate, mentor and coach junior members while helping them growing

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in science, engineering or equivalent; Fluent spoken & written English;
> 2 years of practical experience in chemical / pharmaceutical industry or
> 3 years of experience in field of expertise
• Wide experience in large-scale data analytics and master data management activities
• Strong hands-on expertise with semantic data principles, data evaluation and processing combined with valuable experience in methodologies and advanced SQL-technique used for comparing and mapping/matching a data set to target data references
• Very well-organized person with a methodical and pragmatic mindset and working habit of (auto) documenting what she/he does. High personal quality standards (not satisfied with medium-quality work)
• Ability to focus on details with resilience facing frequent change and pressure. Basic project management, good organization, and planning skills. Problem-solving and idea generation skills
• Good presentation skills. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Fundamental Leadership skills
