Process Lead (f/m/d), LM DP SCHAFTENAU NTO, Austria

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure production support activities are in line with budget targets and defined resources, on time, every time, safely and efficiently.
• Responsible to define and supervise key processes performed at Site and related services received by the NTO organizational units.
• Lead projects to create, implement and continuously improve core processes and standards.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across the Site and in interface with the Global Operations Centers.
• Identify and solve problems enabling smooth production and assure timely execution of all related activities.
• Develop an organizational culture in line with Novartis Values and Behaviors.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: University degree in Science or Supply Chain/Economics/Finance, preferably with OPEX background
• Language: English and German fluent
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Biotech Manufacturing, competence in finding solutions to complex topics and stepping into new fields
• Excellent communication and ability to drive business in complex environment linking stakeholders among different locations and functions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams paired with excellent Project Management skills
• High learning agility, proactive mindset paired with hands-on and execution attitude with the ability to drive change and make things happen

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 63.388.92/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
