Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to support to the People and Organization operational processes, activities and analytics for one of the sub functions of Technical Research & Development (TRD).
The People and Organization Intern will also be responsible for supporting the People and Organization team and function(s) in managing projects related to Organization, Talent, Culture and Operational Efficiencies, serving P&O and function deliverables.

Your responsibilities:
• Monthly HR analytics and KPIs reporting
• Analysis and interpretation of P&O relevant trends under the guidance of Manager
• Provide process support, coordination and consolidation of information in Global, Region, and Countries to streamline P&O service delivery model
• Project Management support in areas of Talent Management, Organization, Culture and Operational Excellence
• Support associates and managers on Talent Management process, TMS updates, tracking etc.
• Participate to P&O projects and provide related support
• Project participation, coordination and management including scheduling, tracking, follow up on minutes
• Coordinating communication material, schedules, updates, presentations to support GDD Country coordination from Function and P&O perspective
• Administrative tasks, follow up, emails and tracking for manager

Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements :
• Finished Bachelor degree and/or finished Master Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, and Business Administration (graduation not longer than 12 months ago)
• Proficiency in English. English
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint skills

Duration of the internship: 12 months
