First Line Manager is responsible for driving the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for their part of the organization/specific product area. They develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.


Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Team leadership-building and executing workforce efficiency techniques (efficacy, targeting, activity size evaluation, organization)
• Managing and being in charge of the costs related to the team and area that they are responsible for
• Being responsible for the implementation and execution of the strategy, tactics and promotion plans in the assigned area
• Preparing the monthly and quarterly reports for the region
• Participating in the preparation of the marketing materials
• Visiting and handling key clients in the area, being in charge of reaching the goals set for them
• Supervising the events in the area, analyzing issues, reporting them, proposing solutions, and solving the issues that fall within his/her level of competence

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Higher education in the area of medicine and/or business/economics
• Minimum 2 year of medical promo experience
• Efficient and constructive communication skills at all levels in the organization
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in specialty
• Customer focus
• Results focus
• Planning & organising
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
