500! That is the number of key pharmacy customers, including the largest pharmacy chains you will have direct impact on by helping launch new products as well as manage existing portfolios.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the launch of new private label and OTC products to the Sandoz portfolio and driving growth for in-market products in this space. We are looking for a candidate with private label and/or OTC marketing experience who is excited to join the growing Sandoz Retail team in Australia.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets
• Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors /anticipates market development
• Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
• Develops strong customer networks, able to utilise design thinking principles to then lead the co-creation of solutions with customers to ensure all eligible patients have access to our medications
• Responsible for developing & implementing strategies to drive growth for private label and OTC portfolio Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives
• Marketing lead delivering strategic and tactical plans, for private label and OTC portfolio, appropriate to optimise return and drives consistent cross-functional execution of the strategy across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Finance
• Responsible for developing & implementing strategies to drive growth for private label and OTC portfolio

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Demonstrated Retail pharmaceutical experience or knowledge of the Australian Pharmaceutical Industry is essential
• Experience in launching a new product and in the private label range is essential
• Commercial Forecasting Brand Management
• 3+ years in a commercial capacity with demonstrated operational marketing experience with focus on product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience
• Brand Strategy & Planning Competitive Brand Positioning
• Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills, stakeholder management, project management, people management
• Experience developing and delivering services in large complex enterprise
