The role is to deliver true value for cardiovascular patients in Hungary by crafting the future of how Novartis will interact with and bring products to market in this evolving ecosystem and by executing innovative model of partnership with healthcare system.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive the design and execution of all commercial aspects of the newly established CVP (Cardiovascular Partnership)
• Help to build broader population health program, including HCP & patient outreach to identify and make an impact on Cardiovascular disease
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with academic partners and public stakeholders.
• Through various workstreams and elements of the project, build new data architecture, analysis mechanisms, and unleash power of Artificial Intelligence / machine learning on the problem of “how can we make an impact on CV disease”
• Provide leadership to the working group and work with regional/global colleagues and local coordination of all workstreams and teams (medical, commercial, research, legal/ERC, access, PR, safety/regulatory)
• Help to evolve the commercial aspects of the regional/global Population Health playbook (Hungary will be one of the leading markets) and narrative by developing additional tools and global guidance in response to evolving market conditions.
• Influence organizational change and capability building to achieve ambition of 2x patients, 2x fast with eye on quantitative (patient/business outcomes) and qualitative (new launch models) outcomes.
• Build functional expertise and core commercial business capabilities around New Commercial Partnerships in Hungary (across all TAs/products), and develop/manage strategic planning effort to best support the ASCVD new commercial models vision and roadmap.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Education: MSC Degree, ideally possessing an MBA; PhD, MD, or RPh degree.
• Min. 7 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (Pricing and Access / HEOR / Sales / Marketing / Medical / Research).
• Successfully driving growth of several products/brands OR non-pharmaceutical commercial experience driving innovative growth in the healthcare sector.
• Strong background in systems thinking, combining pragmatic understanding of healthcare business models with clinical reimbursement and access criteria.
• Experience in driving large-scale change management within organizations.
• Prior experience and success in developing collaborative relationships and partnering with Healthcare system stakeholders and key influencers.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Inspirational leadership with high level of self-awareness and curiosity with focus on empowering others, people development and collaboration.

Desirable requirements:

• Hungarian Language.
• Previous experience in cardiovascular disease therapy area or other large-scale diseases e.g. diabetes.
