$500 million! That’s the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally – including four in the US – and more than ten in the pipe-line. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. This role will provide dedicated business analytics, operations, RFP, and project management support to a Key Customer Team. The role reports to the team’s Executive Director. The Manager, Commercial Operations will ensure a high level of multi-functional collaboration and communication with the vari-ous functional interfaces.

The Manager, Customer Operations lead will be assigned to support a key Customer team consisting of 3-5 associates responsible for delivering Sandoz US’ annual sales target.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Each Manager, Customer Operations will be a proven professional benefitting from a solid balance of operational, communications and analytics skills with demonstrated success in delivering on the following:
Create and maintain customer reporting together with the Supply Chain Management organization (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management)
Coordinate customer-centric cross-functional communication and collaboration between the sales team and marketing, supply chain (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory management, Pricing and Contracts)
Align cross-functional team engagement in support of tactical customer needs and day-to-day business operations
Coordinate information flow and align resources required to execute
Lead team process for NBO reporting to ensure the team members are processing opportunities in a timely manner
Align with supply chain and customer service on inventory details to communicate to customers as needed
Lead cross-functional coordination of the customer RFP process. Follow-up with cross functional stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and phasing of RFP related awards

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:
• 5 + years of relevant business experience
• Financial analysis and business analytics
• Contract management and administration
• Project Management
• Understanding of the generics industry. Experience evaluating business trends and assessing market conditions within this industry
• Broad understanding of the areas/actions that impact profitability
• Delivers timely/sound decisions to the business with incomplete information with practical solutions



This position will be located at Princeton- Sandoz site and will not have the ability to be located re-motely This position will require 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
