$500 million! That’s the savings Sandoz has provided in just two years to the US healthcare system as a result of the successful adoption of one of our oncology supportive care biosimilar into clinical practice. Sandoz has eight biosimilar approved globally – including four in the US – and more than ten in the pipeline. Biosimilar may enable more patients to access advanced biologic medicines earlier, and Sandoz has proven that biosimilar offer significant savings for overburdened health systems. First position- The Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics is a key member of the IHC Oncology Biosimilars POD within the Sandoz Strategic Insights & Analytics (I&A) team and supporting the Oncology Biosimilars team. This position will develop and implement marketing research and analytics programs and analyses providing strategic insights which support long term business goals with significant potential to impact company earnings. This position will require an analytical thought leader who delivers best-in-class actionable insights to drive better data-driven decisions to give Sandoz a competitive advantage. This candidate has a deep understanding of the business, customers, and performance drivers. The role will consult the business units and business insights leaders to support the decisions and investment choices.

Second position- This position is dedicated to support an assigned biosimilar portfolio or TA, in addition to being the Lead I&A forecaster for BD&L assessments and evaluations.
-Independently drive the analytics effort for due diligence with BD&L for single asset, portfolio, or company acquisition. Collaborate across team to build robust forecast assumptions, integrate external market insights, and perform risk - benefits assessment for the deal.

Third position- This position is dedicated to support the Market Access POD. This position is a strategic and trusted advisor to Sandoz Market Access, Payer, Access Strategy and Patient Service teams. This position requires an analytical thought leader to deliver best-in-class actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions. Ideal candidate has deep understanding of specialty and biosimilar business, customers, and performance drivers. The business specialists must demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively to meet business needs and deadlines.

These opportunities is located at the Princeton (NJ) site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Relocation assistance may be available.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining forecast and analytical models, gathering market and patient insights using both primary & secondary information, benchmarking & opportunity evaluation. Responsible for marketing research and business analytics supporting the Oncology Biosimilars franchise, as well as ad hoc research as needed. Identify issues and opportunities, define and prioritize information needs, creatively apply market research techniques to drive strategic thought & effective decision-making.

•IHC Oncology Biosimilar Franchise: Work directly with the Business Insights Lead (BIL) and/or Franchise Lead to develop the Franchise (Zarxio, Ziextenzo & ONC biosimilar pipeline) strategic plans and support cross-functional customers. Develop, implement & maintain forecast and analytical models, evaluate business performance, define & track KPIs, and use internal & external data assets to make better data-driven decisions on where-to-play and how-to-win.
•I&A: Represent IHC Oncology Biosimilar POD in collaboration with all I&A PODs to shape the I&A vision and build impactful insight capabilities across forecasting, market research and analytics. Develop new techniques, explore innovative data assets and drive standardization across the I&A organization.
•Simplify complex analyses and create clear & concise stories to motivate the organization to make better data-driven decisions, developing promotional campaigns, and business cases.
•Closely Interface with customers to understand and convert business requirements into solutions.
•Stay current on external and internal guidelines. Train and fully align with compliance requirements.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to this role:
•7+year of experience working with insights and analytics
•Bachelor’s Degree Business, Statistics/Operations Research/Mathematics/Marketing Analytics etc.
•Translate the business needs into actionable analytic-focused initiatives to provide solutions and/or recommendations to enable the business excellence.
•Analyze information to provide meaningful Insights that enable effective, data driven decision-making.
•Be a problem-solving partner to the relevant business by understanding the unique business challenges.
•Provide hands-on support to the business on a specific brand(s) or topics, ad hoc requests or targeted analysis.
•Collaborate with relevant internal groups and ensure clear communication across all the key stakeholders
•Monitor and analyze performance data and market trends to find opportunities to improve business performance.
•Measure & assess effectiveness of marketing & cross-channel initiatives.
•Creative methodologies & strategies using internal and external data sources to identify potential patients and customers.
•Develop predictive models to uncover actionable Insights and business opportunities.
•Explore and evaluate new data sources to drive Insights and innovation and provide clear recommendations for the team based upon these Insights.
•Proactively propose analytical solutions to business questions and problems and come up with new data driven ideas that can enhance the business.
